I Love the sims, I have owned every game, and I currently own every expansion pack and most stuff packs for Sims 3.īUT, It is EXTREMELY frustrating that I cannot go on the store and find a natural black peoples hairstyle like locs, or a curly fro, It's just disappointing I have seen everything else for everybody else but me. (I'm still crossing my fingers for afro puffs one day, though! :P ) Anyway, there is some stuff around, both in the store and available through CC. I think they're trying, and I'd love to see them add some more styles along those lines. I'll add that the Africa Inspiration Collection was worth every penny (er, simpoint) for me. The store has come up with some, and some other users have posted wonderful links. It's difficult to explain, because there are several different grades and types of hair among that one ethnic group, but in general most of the hair is lacking a certain texture. Yes, there are hairstyles that look like black/African hair after it's been straightened, but there aren't many in the game (base game, EPs + SPs) that look like natural black hair. Mega Set (Dreads & Braids) UNISEX/UNIAGE ĮA has done a few styles in Late Night and Showtime, but aside from that not much of anything.
